The hotel was clean and well-maintained.
My stay was marred by several challenges. The hotel was noisy due to a group of football players who kept me awake until dawn. the layout was quirky and difficult to navigate, especially with my slight mobility issue. I found the shower cramped, and I wish I had known there were no adapted rooms available.

The family room had stunning views overlooking the bay, really made the mornings special. Breakfast featured a nice buffet with options like homemade porridge and fresh brewed coffee, which was a great way to start the day. The room cleaned daily and towels replaced, made it feel welcoming. the room did have a bit of a funky odor, reminiscent of a nursing home, which was slightly off-putting. Lighting in the space was poor, very dark without much natural light. It missed the mark as a family room since it felt cramped with furniture. The breakfast selection was decent, but not very varied, and I expected a bit more for everyone’s tastes.

my stay was better than my previous visit in douglas. the views from my room were amazing, directly facing the sea, which made every morning special. the breakfast spread was also worth mentioning, featuring fresh pastries and a good variety of hot options.
the tv in my room didn’t work.

The family room was cramped, more suited for a single traveler than a couple or family. The bathroom featured slippery tiles, making it a bit hazardous when wet, and the evening meals were disappointing, with some dishes lacking in flavor and portion size. There were also ongoing issues with the flushing mechanism in the toilets, and the mattress on the bed felt hard, which could be uncomfortable for light sleepers.

The food was delicious, especially the breakfast spread that was always hot and fresh, making mornings a real treat! I loved that we could enjoy live entertainment in the evenings and take strolls along the beach to unwind. Just a heads up, the parking can be a bit tricky, so grab a disk if you can. 😊

Great views and cozy vibes
My stay was nice! Had a fab sea view from my room. The bed was super comfy, and I enjoyed the breakfast with tasty choices. Found the shower a bit tight though, which was kinda annoying. Staff were always friendly. Only a short walk to the tram station, which was a plus!
